When we confirmed your order, the package will be prepared, and handled to the carrier company according to your location, generally this is done within 1 business day for in-stock items. Due to constant changes, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock. In this case, we will email you and ask if you would like to wait for the product (generally just a few days), replace it with a different item, or cancel that part or full of your order.
After we sent your package, either with Aramex, DHL or Fedex, you will receive an email with the tracking number, so you can check your package’s route. It may take up to 24 hours or longer before the package can be checked at the carrier’s tracking system.

We pack your chosen lingerie pieces in a simple cardboard box or opaque high strength un-tearable poly bag. Sensuelle Dubai doesn’t put any indication of product name on the packaging box. This ensures your complete privacy.
In case you want to cancel your order, contact our customer service! We can’t cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges that might have been incurred by us).
Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our lingerie products which is why we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unworn, unwashed or defective items with all original tags attached within 30 days of receiving your package. Your will get the refund in the same mode as the payment was made. Exchange is also available for unworn, unwashed pieces with all tags included. Please note that shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included in the price. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
